We utilize several shipping methods to get your products to you as quick as possible. Our typical delivery timeline is 14 days from the date of purchase. If possible, we use USPS, which provides the greatest speed of delivery.

We will provide a tracking number, once available, which can be accessed through your profile under Orders. We provide a one click option that takes you directly to the tracking website!

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to FPO AP addresses. We are working on this and hope to bring this capability to our store soon.

We utilize PayPal Pro for all purchases on our website. The reason we have chose PayPal is to provide you an additional layer of security when shopping on our website. Absolutely!.You will receive an invoice once you have completed the final transaction. The invoice will be sent to the email you provided when you created your account. The invoice will contain a tracking number for your shipment.

Once processed an email will be sent to the email address provided when setting up your user account outlining the process. We will notify you once the refund has been processed. We utilize PayPal for our transactions, to provide you an additional layer of security and peace of mind. All refunds will be processed through PayPal.
